Jay Vincelli, PhD, PE
Dr. Vincelli is a postdoctoral scholar at Dartmouth College. He is a biomedical, mechanical, and materials engineering expert with 17 years of experience in research, design, manufacturing, and failure analysis in the medical device, automotive and aerospace fields.

Peter Tse, PhD
Dr. Tse is a full professor of Cognitive Neuroscience and current chair of the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Dartmouth College. He evaluates how visual perception, attention, and cognition can influence behavior, and has served as an expert witness on cases involving errors of human perception and action.

Walt Besio, PhD
Dr. Besio is a distinguished professor of Electrical, Computer & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island, co-founder of the URI Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program, and president of CREmedical, a high spatial resolution tripolar EEG hardware company. He specializes in advanced EEG technology, electrode design, and neurodiagnostic equipment.

Nathan Heller, PhD
Dr. Heller is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research. His work investigates how visual perception, attention, and altered states of consciousness, due to substances or medical conditions, impact human experience and interaction. Dr. Heller serves as an expert on cases involving substance-induced perceptual changes and the effects of conditions like hallucinations on an individual’s ability to perceive and interact with their environment or complex systems.
